If you feel severe mental distress or you have suicidal thoughts, find professional help in organizations that can provide direct assistance to you. You can turn to your general practitioner or to the following Slovenian help lines:

  • 112 – Information Centre (for immediate emergency assistance)
  • 116 123 – Confidential Phone Samaritan and the Companion (24h/day)
  • 116 111 – TOM phone for children and adolescents (between 12 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
  • 01 520 99 00 – Crisis hotline (between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.)
